Lead I - Enterprise Solutions - SFDC Vlocity / Omnistudio Developer

As an SFDC Vlocity / Omnistudio Developer at UST, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. Your primary responsibility will be to work on OmniStudio for developing scalable Salesforce applications and to manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems. You will also be expected to automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Apex Managed Sharing. Collaboration with IT/Business teams for requirements gathering and knowledge transition will be essential, along with providing ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce - Work on OmniStudio for developing scalable Salesforce applications - Manage and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems - Automate business processes using Salesforce Flows and Apex Managed Sharing - Collaborate with IT/Business teams for requirements gathering and knowledge transition - Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing Salesforce implementations Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in OmniStudio - Salesforce Development skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, and JavaScript frameworks - Integration Expertise in Salesforce Integration - Automation experience with Salesforce Flow Implementation and Apex Managed Sharing - Customization & Configuration knowledge in SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, document templates, reports, and dashboards - Communication & Coordination skills to interact effectively with onsite (USA-based) teams and IT/Business stakeholders,
