Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer with expertise in Mulesoft, React/Node.js, and other relevant technologies, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing full-stack web applications and APIs using modern frameworks and cloud technologies, particularly AWS. Your role will involve collaborating with team members, leading technical discussions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the overall performance, security, and scalability of the applications you work on. You will be expected to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using technologies such as .NET, React, AWS, and other relevant tech stacks. Building robust RESTful APIs and integrating them with modern front-end frameworks will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will implement intuitive and responsive UI components using React.js, Redux, and related tools, ensuring clean, maintainable, and testable code across both front-end and back-end components. Participation in Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives will be essential, along with conducting code reviews, offering feedback to enhance code quality, and leading architectural discussions to guide system design decisions. Troubleshooting and debugging complex issues, staying updated with emerging trends and technologies, and adhering to best practices will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. Your must-have skills include strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET Core API, MVC, and Entity Framework, proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience in at least one backend stack among .NET, GoLang, or Java with Mulesoft. You should also possess strong experience with SQL Server/MySQL, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS services, proficiency in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, and experience with Git and repositories like GitHub/Bitbucket. Understanding Microservices Architecture, distributed systems, OAuth, JWT, and security best practices are also required skills. Additionally, having experience with Node.js or React Native, knowledge of Jest, React Testing Library, and other front-end testing tools, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, and prior experience in mentoring or leading technical teams are considered good-to-have skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is the required educational qualification for this role.
