Lead I - CICS Administration

Role Overview: You should have at least 3 years of experience in CICS administration and SMPE. Your responsibilities will include CICS resource definition using RDO, CICS Explorer, BAS, etc., CICS system configuration, incident and problem determination, performance troubleshooting using tools like Mainview, Omegamon or equivalent, and dump analysis. You should also be familiar with common programming languages such as COBOL, Assembler, REXX, and SAS. Key Responsibilities: - Define CICS resources using RDO, CICS Explorer, BAS, etc. - Configure CICS systems. - Identify and resolve incidents and problems. - Troubleshoot performance issues using Mainview, Omegamon, or equivalent. - Analyze system dumps. - Work with common programming languages including COBOL, Assembler, REXX, and SAS.
