Job Description

As a valued team member, you will be responsible for SMPE and CICS resource definition tasks. Your expertise in using tools such as RDO, CICS Explorer, and BAS will be essential for efficient CICS system configuration. In this role, you will play a key part in incident and problem determination, as well as performance troubleshooting using tools like Mainview, Omegamon, or equivalent software. Your proficiency in dump analysis will be crucial for identifying and resolving system issues promptly. Moreover, your familiarity with common programming languages such as COBOL, Assembler, REXX, and SAS will enable you to contribute effectively to the team's success. Your CICS Administration skills, along with experience in SMPE and Mainframe operations, will be valuable assets in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
