Job Description - Job Title: Business Analyst Hiring Location: Chennai, Trivandrum, Kochi Role Description: UST Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the Healthcare domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business processes suitable for automation, conducting detailed analysis, defining requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions. This role requires a proactive professional with exceptional communication skills and a keen ability to engage with stakeholders and drive business process improvements. Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate business processes for automation opportunities. Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement. Gather and document detailed business and technical requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders and technical teams, to ensure alignment on project goals. Perform automation feasibility assessments and provide recommendations. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including Process Definition Documents (PDD) . Map current and future state processes to support solution design. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to capture business needs. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions. Support solution design and validate outcomes against defined requirements. Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain. Strong expertise in process analysis , requirements gathering , and process mapping . Experience conducting automation feasibility assessments . Proficiency in creating Process Definition Documents (PDD) . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good-to-Have Skills: Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and methodologies. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools . Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality outputs. Ability to work independently and within a team. Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities. Experience Range: 5 to 8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst .
