Role Description

The Lead Health Educator will be responsible for designing and delivering health education programs, providing individual and group counseling, developing nutritional plans, promoting education, and engaging with the community to improve health outcomes.

This role requires collaboration with healthcare professionals and continuous research to stay updated on the latest in functional medicine and holistic healing.

• Work with nutritionists, yoga therapists, and doctors to create evidence‑based, holistic experiences.
• Track results — habit adherence, symptom improvement, and energy levels.

You might be:

• MBBS/MD with Lifestyle or Functional Medicine exposure (ISLM / IBLM / IFM)
• BNYS / BAMS / Clinical Nutritionist with strong gut‑health teaching experience
• Yoga or Holistic Health Educator who connects body, mind, and emotions

You believe in:

• Have run health webinars or group programs or created content
• Are fluent in English + Hindi (bonus if regional languages too)

Qualifications

• Health Education and Community Health skills
• Expertise in Nutrition and Physical Education
• Educational background in Health Education, Nutrition, or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in holistic healing practices and functional medicine is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred
