About the Role:

Lead Golang Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop secure backend systems for endpoint protection
  • Lead and support cloud migration and deployment architecture improvements
  • Ensure system observability, performance tuning, and reliability
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices
  • Continuously improve system architecture and development workflows

  • Languages & Frameworks:

    Golang, Python (Flask)

  • Cloud Platforms:

    AWS, GCP

  • Containerization & Orchestration:

    Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

  • Data & Messaging:

    PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka

  • Version Control & CI/CD:

    GitHub

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in backend development
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience with cloud and backend systems
  • Strong expertise in Golang (Python is a plus)
  • Solid experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud services (AWS or GCP)
  • Experience in building microservices and scalable distributed systems
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD workflows
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities

Interview Process:

4 Virtual Rounds (Technical + Managerial)

Domain:

IT Services (Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure is a plus)
