Lead Golang developer

You will be joining Yitro as a Lead Golang Developer in Chennai on a full-time on-site basis. Your main responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend services. This will involve tasks such as writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, collaborating with various teams, and addressing production issues. Additionally, you will be mentoring junior developers and ensuring the technical feasibility of software designs. To excel in this role, you should have a strong proficiency in Golang, backend development, and scalable service design. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, as well as containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, will be beneficial. A solid understanding of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL) and microservices architecture is also required. Your problem-solving skills should be excellent, enabling you to troubleshoot production issues effectively. Leadership abilities are essential, particularly in mentoring junior developers. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred for this position.,
