Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the software/IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients through various online channels (LinkedIn, email campaigns, social media, etc.)
• Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
• Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointments.
• Follow up on leads and conduct market/competitor research as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a software or IT company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to understand and present technical software solutions.
• Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead gen tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products or IT services.
• Knowledge of sales funnel and digital marketing strategies.
