Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and bilingual Spanish Lead Generation Intern to identify, engage,
and qualify potential clients across Latin America and other Spanish-speaking regions. The role
will focus on generating high-quality leads for our industrial machinery solutions and supporting
business development efforts in the target market.
Key Responsibilities:
? Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and trade directory
follow-ups in Spanish-speaking regions.
? Qualify prospects based on company needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
? Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients in the manufacturing and
machinery sectors.
? Translate client requirements and key technical needs into lead notes for the sales team.
? Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical teams to schedule meetings.
? Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in internal Dashboard systems.
? Track industry trends in Spanish-speaking regions and suggest lead acquisition
strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) must have.
? Strong communication and persuasion skills.
? Prior experience in lead generation or sales support, preferably in B2B or industrial
sectors, is a plus.
? Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
? Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
