About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Lead Generation Executives to connect with prospective students, generate leads, and provide basic information about our educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.

Explain available courses, admission processes, and program details.

Understand students’ educational requirements and career goals.

Identify interested candidates and schedule counselling calls or appointments.

Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up reports in Excel/CRM.

Coordinate with the sales and counselling team to ensure smooth lead handovers.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Skills Required

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Comfortable making outbound calls and handling follow-ups.

Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work with targets and manage multiple leads.

Eligibility

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with telecalling, lead generation, sales, or customer support experience will be preferred.

Basic computer knowledge is required.
