Lead Generation Executive

About the Role

Evolve Artisanal is a design-led surface and material studio working with architects, interior designers, and private clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and creating opportunities for our sales team.

You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, helping convert enquiries into qualified leads and showroom meetings. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, and driven by achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Outreach

● Generate new leads through cold calling, database outreach, and prospecting.

● Reach out to architects, interior designers, developers, channel partners and homeowners to introduce Evolve Artisanal

● Qualify prospects and identify potential project opportunities

● Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients

2. Inbound Enquiries & Client Handling

● Handle inbound calls, showroom walkins, emails, WhatsApp enquiries, and website leads professionally

● Respond promptly to client enquiries and provide basic product information

● Qualify incoming enquiries before assigning them to the sales team

● Ensure every enquiry receives timely follow-up

3. Meeting Generation & CRM Management

● Schedule showroom visits and meetings for the sales team

● Follow up consistently with prospects until meetings are confirmed

● Maintain accurate CRM records of all calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and meeting outcomes

● Track lead status and ensure no opportunities are missed

4. Sales & Business Development Support

● Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve monthly lead generation targets

● Support outreach campaigns, invite and coordinate event guests, and follow-up initiatives

● Identify new opportunities and contribute ideas to improve lead generation efforts

● Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks that support business development goals

5. Requirements

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Confident speaking on the phone and engaging with prospective clients

● Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is preferred

● Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and messaging tools

● Strong organisational and follow-up skills

8. Success in This Role Looks Like

● Consistently generating qualified leads every month

● Booking high-quality meetings and showroom visits for the sales team

● Maintaining an organised and up-to-date CRM

● Responding quickly to every enquiry and ensuring timely follow-ups

● Contributing to a steady pipeline of opportunities for the business.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
