Job Description

Position : Lead Generation Executive
Location : Bhopal

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings and follow-ups.
Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities and performance.
Support marketing campaigns by identifying and targeting relevant prospects.

Requirements

Experience in Lead Generation / Sales / Business Development.
Basic understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
Ability to research and analyze data.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Exposure to digital marketing concepts is a plus.
