Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Handle inbound enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
Explain the company’s solar products and services and understand customer requirements.
Schedule customer meetings and coordinate with the Sales team.
Maintain lead databases, call records, follow-ups and daily MIS.
Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending customer responses.
Support the Sales team in achieving lead-generation and business targets.
Desired Profile
HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, lead generation or sales will be an advantage.
