Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive (International Voice Process) Location: Sector 64, Noida (Nearest Metro: Sector 62) Shift: Night Shift (6:45 PM – 4:15 AM) Compensation: Fixed Salary + Dollar-based Incentives on Successful Lead Transfers Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential US/International clients to generate interest and create qualified leads. Conduct outbound calls to identify, qualify, and generate leads based on predefined criteria. Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets. Ensure smooth lead transfers for further processing. Requirements: Prior experience in lead generation or international voice process preferred. Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a target-driven night shift role. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
