Lead Generate Specialist

• Make outbound calls and follow up on incoming leads to generate qualified sales opportunities
• Explain product features and benefits to potential clients via phone, email, and messaging
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions from our AV/IT product range
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using CRM tools
• Schedule meetings/demos for the field sales or technical teams
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up documentation
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and client engagement
• Gather market feedback and contribute to improving sales strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus)
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and email tools
• Prior experience in electronics or AV/IT products is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
