Job Description

Minimum 8+ Years of experience.
Ability to write clear functional specifications and user stories
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Good communication skills ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and vice versa
Experience with documentation and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. (preferred)
Knowledge of integration scenarios (API-based or otherwise) and their functional implications (optional, but desirable)
Willingness to learn and adapt especially to internal proprietary tools
Proven expertise in crafting functional designs and communicating complex, multi-system banking solutions to both technical and business audiences.
Hands-on on SQL queries
Excellent logical analysis skills
Excellent functional analysis skills
Client exposure (Interactions with client team on requirement analysis and design, problem resolution)
Delivery planning for functional stories
BFSI domain exposure (desirable)
