Lead - Full Stack

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing solutions for business requirements feasible in CSA application using existing components and frameworks. You will also lead developers and guide them to ensure quality deliverables of CSA application. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in solution discussions considering client experience and functional deliverables - Manage developers and guide them to achieve quality deliverables for CSA application - Deliver CSA functional requirements and implement solutions for business requirements - Enhance development processes of CSA application and recommend tools to improve the development process - Review sources of CSL/Front-End modules - Guide CSL/Front-End developers to understand existing components and enforce coding standards - Adhere to Group Risk management framework for CSL/Front-End development life cycle and implement controls to mitigate risks - Ensure awareness of Group standards, policies, and regulatory procedures - Provide inputs to developers regarding Group standards, policies, and regulatory procedures - Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct - Take responsibility for embedding high ethical standards and compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines - Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters effectively and collaboratively - Interact with key stakeholders such as CCIB-Channels Management Team and CCIB-Channels Product Owners - Ensure completion of necessary e-learnings and role-specific modules Qualifications Required: - Professional degree in Software Engineering (Preferably Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Computer Application) Additional Company Details: Standard Chartered is an international bank focused on making a positive impact for clients, communities, and employees.
