Lead Full Stack Developer

At HCL Software, we specialize in developing, marketing, selling, and supporting over 20 product families in various domains such as Customer Experience, Digital Solutions, Secure DevOps, Security & Automation. We are currently seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (UI & React) to join our Workload Automation Product team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience and possess the following qualifications: - Btech/BE in Computer Science or a related technical field or demonstration of exceptional skills in relevant areas with practical software engineering experience. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, and Saga, as well as server-side languages like Java. - Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, DB2, and Informix. - Designing and developing APIs. - Keeping up-to-date with advancements in web applications and programming languages. - Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end development tasks. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction. - Excellent problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, and utilizing the latest technology to revamp legacy applications. - Sound understanding of code versioning tools like Git. - Collaboration with the engineering team across different locations to design and implement new features. - Experience in solutioning, design, and architecture. - Providing technical leadership to the frontend development team. - Experience in leading small teams to ensure successful project delivery.
