operations, enhance customer experience and add value in form of new projects to drive cost-effective solutions for Distribution
Network which will have positive impact on organizational success

-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit
- Guide and support the team in achieving organizational objectives by providing direction, coaching, and mentoring.
- Develop various Business reports for Distribution Network to show trends on upcoming events by providing insights which in turn helps
them make better decisions for a successful planning of Fleet, Equipment and Fuel
-Develop, monitor and adjust planning parameters to improve planning systems and supply chain network
- Analyse store sales, stock inventory and historic events to plan transport for best outcome of resource planning in the DC to deliver
stock to stores on time. Manage trunking and Internal Warehouse transfers between DCs for smooth movment of stock.
-Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by the management
- Responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of operations for achieving accurate plans in partnership with the Tranport Network
- Responsible for spotting the various risk factors, potential delays and working with DC managers to escalate priorities and bring
solutions to closure enabling the stock reaching stores on time
- Responsible to generate tangible benefits and cost savings through strategic planning and process optimization projects
- Build strong relationship with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Identify stakeholder pain points related to Fulfilment planning and implement actionable solutions to address them effectively.
- Manage escalations and queries related to planning issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and implementing measures for
continuous improvement
- Lead cross-functional projects following the Victory Model framework, collaborating with various functions to achieve great outcomes
