Front-End Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of

  front-end applications

  using React.js.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and UI/UX consistency.
  
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless solutions.
  
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  
• Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and propose improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6-10 years

  of professional experience in front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in

  React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

  .
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API).
  
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  
• Knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards.
  
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite).
  
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
  

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.
  
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Experience in mentoring and managing small teams.
