Lead Front End Developer

You will be joining a Luxury Fashion & Styling Powerhouse in Gurugram as a Lead Frontend professional. Your primary focus will be on Frontend Development (React.js) with a secondary focus on Backend Development (Node.js). You should have at least 8 years of overall experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. Candidates from Tier-1 colleges or those with experience in top product companies/leading US Tech firms are preferred. Your key responsibilities will include end-to-end ownership of major product features and systems, driving system design and architectural choices, ensuring timely project delivery with high quality, hands-on development using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL, mentoring and guiding engineers, leading performance and reliability improvements, collaborating with other teams, and promoting modern practices like CI/CD, testing, and documentation. To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in full-stack web development, experience in project and release management, stakeholder management, team management, system design, and performance optimization. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js, and Node.js is essential, along with familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed system patterns. Preferred qualifications include experience in developing scalable e-commerce applications, familiarity with the AWS stack, and proficiency in AI-powered developer tools for productivity and team workflows.
