Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Front End Developer to join our team at Siemens Gamesa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable front-end applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces, ensuring consistency and quality across all products.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end code with server-side logic and APIs.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, coding standards, and testing methodologies.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, escalating when necessary.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies such as React or Angular.
Experience with front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycles, including version control systems like Git.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and participating in code reviews.
