Job Description

You will be joining a Montreal headquartered company that focuses on creating personalized journeys of impact and fulfillment for organizations worldwide. The company is known for its unique workplace culture and is currently seeking a Lead Front-End Developer who is dedicated to software excellence and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Improve the quality of the existing UI and develop new user-facing features - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs - Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability - Reorganize the software flow to enhance user experience - Build reusable code and libraries for future use - Collaborate with team members and stakeholders - Perform code reviews, unit testing, and system testing as needed **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of experience - Knowledge of ASP .NET and page life cycle - Proficient in web markup, including HTML5, CSS3 - Proficient in adaptive and responsive designs using tools like Bootstrap - Proficient in client-side scripting, JavaScript frameworks like jQuery - Understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries/frameworks like Angular, Vue.JS, React, etc. - Understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms like LESS and SASS - Understanding of asynchronous request handling, AJAX, and cross-browser compatibility - Proficient in code versioning tools like GIT - Experience with Version Control (e.g., GIT), Visual Studio 2015+, ASP.NET / MVC, JSON, XML, Restful API, Web Font Embedding, SVG, Responsive Web Design, Object-Oriented Programming, JavaScript Animation, CSS Animation, Charts / Graphs, UI Widgets, Code Quality Testing, Integration Testing, Templating Strategies **Additional Details:** - You should only apply if you are a resident of Chennai or its surroundings who is interested in being part of a vibrant and highly engaged office culture.,
