Job Description

Job Title: Lead Firmware Software - Smart Meter

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

Set up
R&D department from scratch
with required
lab instruments & infrastructure
End-to-end
Smart Energy Meter design & development
Project planning, cost estimation, scheduling & stakeholder management
Firmware optimization & hardware optimization
at application and logical levels
Embedded firmware development (C / C++)
Work with
microcontrollers & embedded systems
Unit testing, integration testing, system testing & debugging
Hardware component finalization & schematic verification
Handle
BIS certification
and coordination with
NABL accredited labs (ERDA / CPRI / YMPL)
Customer interaction
for requirement changes and
field data analysis
Team leadership & technical mentoring
Internal reviews & management reporting
