Lead Finance Specialist - Statutory Accounting

Your key responsibilities will include: - Driving technical accounting compliance and ensuring financial and operational internal controls are in place - Simplifying processes and striving for operational excellence to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis - Managing the month-end close process and continuously improving procedures to enhance efficiency - Supervising the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Leading annual audits with Statutory and Internal Auditors and supporting the company to achieve SOX compliance - Overseeing tax compliance in coordination with External Consultants and ensuring timely filing of returns - Demonstrating strong commercial awareness and influencing the development of strategies within your area of expertise - Ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data for various stakeholders Qualifications required for this role include: - Significant experience in Finance & Accounting Operations - Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience in audit, consolidation, and bookkeeping for large companies - Work experience in a SAP environment Desired characteristics for this role encompass: - Strong oral and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in steering programs/projects and project management - Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and execute programs effectively Joining Arabelle Solutions will allow you to collaborate with global teams and support customers worldwide.
