Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead, ERP Business Analyst to join our team at Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and experience with ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
  • Analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using ERP systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide training and support.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of business processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
Job Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are an asset.
