Role Overview

Lead Enterprise Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Mentorship

  • Lead, mentor, and guide Client Servicing Executives and Junior KAMs.
  • Ensure the team delivers high-quality service, timely resolution, and strong client engagement.
  • Monitor team KPIs and drive performance improvements.

Enterprise Account Management

  • Own relationships with key enterprise accounts and understand their operational challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and CXO-level clients.
  • Conduct quarterly/annual business reviews and drive alignment on goals.

Revenue Growth & Strategic Expansion

  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Roadcast's suite of products.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and retention targets.
  • Work closely with Sales and Product teams to drive solution adoption.

Project & Service Delivery Oversight

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding, implementation, and product usage success.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues by coordinating with Operations and Tech teams.
  • Travel to client sites for reviews, escalations, and relationship-building activities.

Insights & Collaboration

  • Track industry trends and competitive insights to strengthen account strategy.
  • Share client feedback with leadership to influence product enhancements and business strategy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years

    in Enterprise Account Management, B2B SaaS, Mobility Tech, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts and leading teams.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles and multi-functional coordination.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Experience in logistics, fleet management, or transportation tech is a strong advantage.
