Responsibilities: Customized order punching in CRM. Communicating the technical specs of the order with Sales team, Techniocal Engineering and Production team co-ordination with Global HQ. Communicate with sales team and customers on products, order and shipment enquiry. Maintain the integrity with Marketing Dept. Prepare regular sales reports, Contracts Management. Requirements: B2B industry experience. Customer Service Experience. Reporting and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal command of English / Hindi. Computer literacy in MS Office. Working knowledge of CRM and ERP will be an asset. Candidate with Lift Modernisation experience will be preferred. Must have minimum 2 yrs of experience in Lift /Elevator Industry. A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required. Able to work independently to resolve problems.
