As a Network Engineer at Presidio Networked Solutions, you will play a crucial role in executing a strategic vision for delivering customized Operational Support Services to customers. You will be responsible for supporting diverse networking technologies in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment. Your role will involve collaborating with network architects, troubleshooting network performance issues, mentoring junior staff, and maintaining positive relationships with the client community. **Key Responsibilities:** - Act in a network engineering role on a team providing 24x7x365 operational support of a large heterogeneous network. - Collaborate with network architects to design and implement functional company networks. - Provide feedback to improve existing architecture for a scalable, highly reliable network. - Manage and mentor junior Network Engineering staff. - Act as an escalation point for incident resolution and service requests. - Troubleshoot and resolve network-related performance issues. - Log customer interactions, document resolutions, and contribute to process improvements. - Coordinate support activities with multiple user departments, internal teams, and third-party vendors. - Participate in after-hours maintenance windows and an on-call rotation schedule. - Stay current with the latest technology trends and integrate new technologies. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting a complex network environment. - Managed Services experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and quick adaptation to change. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Advanced knowledge of network design, operation, and automation. - Experience with complex, high-performance networks and routing protocols. - Knowledge of Arista EOS, F5 load balancers, Infoblox, Palo Alto firewalls, and troubleshooting tools. - Leadership, mentoring skills, and network automation capabilities.
