Job Description: You will be the Network Lead, bringing advanced skills in Aruba and Cisco wireless networking technologies. Your main responsibility will involve leading the design, deployment, and maintenance of high-performance wireless networks in multiple locations. You will ensure the networks are secure, available, and meet the performance requirements of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include planning, designing, implementing, and optimizing wireless network infrastructure using Aruba and Cisco solutions. You will manage day-to-day wireless network operations, troubleshoot issues, plan for capacity, and keep documentation up to date. Collaboration with security teams to implement wireless security protocols will be crucial, along with conducting wireless site surveys to assess signal strength and coverage. Monitoring wireless performance metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and providing Tier 3 escalation support to other engineers will be part of your daily tasks. Keeping network documentation current, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with support teams will also be essential. Additionally, you will take the lead or participate in network projects, migrations, and large-scale rollouts across various offices or campuses to ensure compliance with organizational policies and security regulations. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise networking, with at least 3 years specializing in wireless technologies, is required. You must have in-depth knowledge of Aruba and Cisco wireless solutions, a strong grasp of Wi-Fi standards, and hands-on experience with various network protocols and tools. Your familiarity with network security, wireless encryption, and authentication methods will be critical to success in this position.,

You are a Cisco Wireless Network Engineer with at least 5 years of experience and a strong background in Cisco wireless infrastructure, including Cisco WLCs, Access Points, DNAC, and ISE. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Cisco wireless LAN solutions, managing Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs) and Lightweight Access Points, and monitoring and troubleshooting wireless performance and client issues using tools like DNAC, Cisco Prime, or Ekahau. You will also be involved in implementing and managing wireless security policies, configuring RADIUS/ISE for secure wireless authentication, and analyzing wireless coverage and capacity. As a Cisco Wireless Network Engineer, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, along with 5+ years of experience in enterprise wireless networking, preferably with Cisco. You should have strong experience with Cisco WLCs, APs, DNA Centre, and ISE, as well as knowledge of wireless standards and proficiency with RF design tools. Additionally, you should possess hands-on experience with WLC High Availability, Flex Connect, Guest Portals, and QoS, and be familiar with Layer 2/3 switching/routing, VLANs, ACLs, and SNMP. Having CCNA/CCNP Wireless Certification and Cisco Certified Specialist Enterprise Wireless Implementation is required.
