Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of backend services using

  Node.js

  .
• Architect, build, and optimize

  Conversational AI

  solutions (chatbots, virtual assistants, NLP-driven systems).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML, product, and UX to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  
• Drive technical decision-making, code reviews, and best practices.
  
• Mentor and guide engineering teams in modern software design, coding standards, and architecture patterns.
  
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability across all platforms.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in AI, LLMs, NLP, and backend ecosystems.
  

Required Skills

• 1015 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5+ years in

  Node.js

  .
• Strong experience in

  Conversational AI

  technologies (Chatbots, NLP engines, Dialogue Management systems).
• Hands-on experience with frameworks and platforms like

  Rasa, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Kore.ai, Azure Bot Framework

  , etc.
• Solid understanding of

  REST APIs, microservices architecture, event-driven systems

  , and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  
• Experience with integrating

  LLMs, NLP pipelines

  , or custom AI models is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
