Roles and Responsibility Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using various technologies. Lead a team of developers to achieve project goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Develop and implement best practices for coding standards, testing, and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Mentor and guide junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge. Job Requirements Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks. Experience with front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint. Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with teams. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
