Key Responsibilities: - Clear understanding of work procedures and the ability to work independently. - Deliver drawings to desired quality standards and agreed timelines with the client. - Communicate confidently with clients or foreign counterparts. - Collaborate within a team to ensure timely project delivery. - Attend meetings with technical leads. - Design T & D systems up to 400kV for Utility companies based on international standards for various regions. - Perform Project Management activities including creating key SLDs, AC/DC SLDs, cable schedules, interconnections schedules, Specifications, Bulk MTO, etc. - Apply practical knowledge to design layouts and produce equipment layouts for various systems. - Conduct equipment sizing calculations and prepare technical specifications and data sheets for electrical equipment. - Review vendor drawings and perform technical bid evaluation/documentation. - Carry out inter-disciplinary coordination and resolve design issues effectively. - Plan, schedule, conduct, and communicate work with team members on all design aspects of the project. - Attend client meetings for technical clarifications. - Work under challenging workloads with the ability to adapt at short notice. - Utilize software tools such as ETAP, SKM, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Revit, and Substation 3D design. - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and IT skills. - Collaborate with industry leaders and contribute to key projects in an environment that promotes collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation. Qualifications Required: - BE/B Tech/ME/M Tech Electrical. - Minimum 12+ years of experience in Project Management, with AIS & GIS Substation experience up to 400kV being desirable. - Proficiency in MicroStation, AutoCAD, and basic knowledge of Revit & Substation 3D design. - Good communication skills and the ability to work independently. - Knowledge of work procedures and the ability to deliver drawings to desired quality standards within agreed timelines. - Ability to attend meetings with project leads/Engineers and work effectively in a team setting. - Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and IT skills.
