Lead Engineer - Development

As a Full-Time experienced developer at FIS, your role will involve developing various product integrations using the Adeptia ETL tool. These integrations will include connecting external vendors with FIS Capital Markets" solutions or integrating multiple FIS products. The integrations will be customizable according to specific requirements and created using the low code/no code Adeptia tool. You will collaborate with engineering groups, the product management team, professional services team, and the customer experience team to ensure successful design changes, requirements gathering, customization/implementation, and product support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, debugging, and modifying various connectors using the Adeptia ETL tool. - Engaging with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications. - Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements. - Collaborating with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams. Qualifications required for this role: - Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards. - Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations, and operations. - Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines. - A degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent experience. Additional qualifications that would be considered a plus: - Prior Scrum Master experience. - Prior product integration experience. - Techno-functional skills. - Capital Markets experience.
