As a Full-time Experienced Developer at FIS, you will be responsible for developing various product integrations using the Adeptia ETL tool. These integrations may involve connecting external vendors with FIS Capital Markets" solutions or integrating multiple FIS products. Utilizing the low code/no code capabilities of the Adeptia tool, you will collaborate with engineering groups for design changes, product management team for gathering requirements, professional services team for customization and implementation, and customer experience team for product support. You will be an integral part of the Digital Integration Hub team within FIS's Capital Markets division, focusing on adding business value to FIS clients through seamless integration of solutions. The team's core objectives include automation, efficiency, standardized technology stack, and streamlined integration processes. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, debugging, and modifying various connectors using the Adeptia ETL tool, engaging with product managers and users to define requirements, participating in software design meetings, and collaborating with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams. To excel in this role, you should have experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards, knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations, and operations, proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines, as well as a Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline. Additionally, prior experience as a Scrum Master, product integration specialist, techno-functional skills, or Capital Markets experience would be advantageous.
