You'll be turning abstract ideas into realities that transform the world for good. **Role Overview:** As part of the team, your main role responsibilities will include: - Responsible for the technical delivery of clean water modelling projects within program and budget - Ensuring excellence in the quality of delivery from yourself and your team - Developing methodologies, guidance, and templates for various engineering and modelling projects - Working collaboratively with multiple-disciplinary teams internally and externally - Developing and maintaining deep relationships with clients **Key Responsibilities:** Your primary operational responsibilities will involve: - Providing support and mentoring to junior staff - Supporting the tendering process including proposal input and cost estimate - Driving health and safety through everything we do - Supplying information for use in Coordination Meetings and attending as required - Identifying and escalating risks as required - Leading on a wide variety of projects such as Model build calibration, Model Maintenance, Optioneering, Growth studies, large capital design, water quality, leakage studies, and network optimization Works - Reporting to the Associate director / Engineering Manager **Qualifications Required:** To excel in this role, you'll need: - Team Management Experience - Demonstrable experience in modelling software and GIS packages - Over 10 years of project delivery experience in clean water network modelling and associated activities. Experience working with clients in the UK, Australia, Middle East, US, NZ - Minimum of a Degree or Honours Degree in Civil engineering or geography-related discipline or masters in water resources and related disciplines **Additional Details:** At Jacobs, they value people and believe in the right balance of belonging, career, and lifestyle.
