Perform system-level engineering calculations, benchmarking, and target cascading.
Review and approve supplier drawings, ensuring compliance with design specifications and feasibility.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for field concerns and quality issues.
Prepare tolerance stacks and support material management teams for part development.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including testing, CAE, suppliers, and manufacturing.
Solid understanding of brake systems, chassis engineering, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Experience in tolerance stack-up analysis and supplier coordination.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and supplier teams.
