Role & responsibilities Load List, Feeder Lists, Cable Sizing Calculations, transformer Sizing calculations, CT/VT Sizing calculations, Relay setting and coordination study, Earthing Sizing Calculations, Tray Loading, Lighting System calculations, Bus duct sizing, Battery Sizing and UPS calculations. Creation of Technical Specifications for Transformers, HV/LV Switchgears, DC and UPS System, HV/LV Cables, Lighting-Cabling-Earthing System components, Control and Protection System, Rectifiers and bus ducts. Performing small Feasibility studies for appropriate specification finalization. Layouts-Cable Raceways, Grounding and Shielding System, Indoor and outdoor lighting, Electrical Equipment Layout- Substations, Transformer yards, Switchgear Rooms, Hazardous areas. Preparation of Bill of materials for major equipment and bulk items for hazardous and safe areas. Vendor offer review and creation of technical evaluation reports. Single Line Diagrams, Protection and metering SLDs, SCADA/SAS architecture, I/O Lists, Adhering to IS/IEC standards, Indian Statutory requirements and customer specifications while creating above design deliverables. Performing Factory Acceptance Test inspections within Pan India, review of routine/type test reports and issuing technical clearances. Working at Sites across Pan India to support execution team as design representative for supervising Pre-commissioning field tests, witnessing energization, creating necessary test protocols. 20% Travel is expected for this role. Communications, meetings, coordination with multidisciplinary engineering team, professional consultants, vendors, suppliers, contractors. Preferred candidate profile Experience - 10 to 15 Years Shall have knowledge of power system studies e.g. Short Circuit current calculation, Load flow study & Harmonic analysis and software's like ETAP.
