Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and review of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, instrumentation, and protection schemes.
Establish electrical engineering standards, best practices, and design guidelines.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert-level guidance.
Serve as the electrical technical lead on projects from concept through commissioning.
Develop scopes of work, schedules, cost estimates, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with mechanical and manufacturing teams.
Review and approve drawings, calculations, specifications, and test plans.
Oversee testing, validation, and commissioning activities
Provide technical support during installation and field execution.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering.
Proven experience leading electrical design projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, controls, and schematics.
Proficiency with CAD and engineering tools
(AutoCAD, EPLAN).
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
