DynoConv Engineering is seeking a talented Web Developer to join our development team based in Chennai. This role focuses on building and maintaining internal web applications that support our manufacturing, engineering, and business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ASP.NET Blazor, C#, and advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills , along with a proactive, collaborative mindset. While the role is primarily focused on web development, experience with Infor SyteLine ERP (Version 10) is a significant plus particularly for candidates familiar with C# extension classes, IDOs, BODs (Business Object Documents), and the Infor Mongoose framework . Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and support internal business applications using ASP.NET Blazor, C#, and SQL Server . Build complex queries, procedures, and views using advanced SQL Server development techniques . Collaborate with stakeholders and developers in the U.S. to gather requirements, design user-friendly solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable code. Use Azure DevOps for version control, code reviews, and work item tracking. Participate in system testing, debugging, and performance tuning across both web and database layers. Maintain technical documentation and follow secure development practices. Preferred candidate profile . Hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine ERP (Version 10 preferred) , including: C# extension classes and custom logic IDOs (Intelligent Data Objects) BODs (Business Object Documents) Mongoose framework and SyteLine form customizations Experience working with ERP-related integrations and manufacturing business processes. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of web development experience using C#, ASP.NET (preferably Blazor), and SQL Server . Strong database development skills , including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, optimization , and database design in Microsoft SQL Server . Solid understanding of modern software development practices, including source control and code review workflows (Azure DevOps preferred) . Ability to independently manage tasks and drive projects forward. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills . Excellent English communication skills ability to collaborate professionally and clearly with U.S.-based teams
