Job Description

Position : Lead Electrical and Electronics Engineer Qualification : Bachelors degree in Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control Engineering Exp - 4 to 6 Years in Electrical Work location : Maraimalai Nagar, Chennai Responsibilities: Lead the electrical and service operations for custom-built 3D Printers. Supervise and guide a team of electricians/technicians during assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve complex electrical faults in control panels, wiring, drives, PLCs, sensors, and automation systems. Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and machine regulatory norms. Collaborate with design and R&D teams for wiring layouts, electrical BOMs, and system upgrades. Review and interpret electrical schematics, panel drawings, and wiring diagrams. Manage service documentation, customer communication, and technical reporting. Train junior team members and client staff on maintenance best practices. Coordinate with vendors for components, spare parts, and service support. Skill Set : Ability to handle all the responsibilities mentioned above Ability to select and source suitable electrical components like Sensors, ICs, Relays, DIN rail panel components, Power distribution components etc. Ability to understand datasheets thoroughly Ability to independently research and learn unknown concepts Interested candidates pls send the CV to : prakash@cielhr.com Call - PRAKASH - 73394 26262
