Job Description

Requirements

Experience in below skills are mandatory

(L2-IAM, DLP, HSM, DNS, WAF, Endpoint security)

Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions across endpoints, networks, cloud, and email channels, ensuring robust protection of sensitive information.

Act as the subject matter expert for DLP technologies, providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and security analysts in daily operations and incident response.

Define and enforce DLP policies, rules, and workflows in alignment with organizational compliance requirements, regulatory frameworks, and data protection standards.

Partner with cross-functional teams including Security Operations, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business Units to assess data protection requirements and translate them into actionable technical controls.

Monitor, analyze, and respond to DLP alerts, escalations, and incidents, conducting root cause analysis and ensuring timely remediation of vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.

Continuously optimize and fine-tune DLP configurations to reduce false positives, improve detection accuracy, and strengthen security posture.

Oversee DLP tool integrations with SIEM, SOAR, CASB, IAM, and other enterprise security platforms for end-to-end visibility and response automation.

Conduct periodic audits, risk assessments, and testing of data protection controls, ensuring alignment with internal security policies and external compliance mandates such as GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and ISO 27001.

Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on DLP program effectiveness, incident trends, compliance gaps, and recommended improvements.

Research and evaluate new DLP technologies, data protection trends, and best practices to continuously enhance the enterprise data security program.

Drive knowledge sharing, training, and awareness initiatives within the security team and wider organization to foster a strong data protection culture.

Serve as the escalation point for complex DLP issues, coordinating with vendors and external partners for timely resolution of critical problems.
