Lead - DevOps

As a Lead DevOps at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our systems and applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable CI/CD pipelines. - Managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, etc. - Automating deployment processes to ensure zero-downtime releases. - Implementing monitoring and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog. - Collaborating with development, QA, and security teams to optimize delivery workflows. - Managing and maintaining container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Docker Swarm. - Ensuring system availability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. - Conducting system architecture reviews and capacity planning. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practices documentation. Nice to have qualifications for this role include certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), experience with serverless architectures and cloud-native services, as well as exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
