Lead Developer / Technical Lead (Full Stack)

Technology Stack

React, TypeScript, .NET Web API, C#, Azure Cloud, PostgreSQL, SharePoint, Power Automate

Required Skills

• Expert-level experience in

  React, TypeScript, .NET Web API, and C#

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Azure services

  (App Service, Azure Functions, PostgreSQL)
• Experience with

  SharePoint document storage

  and integration patterns
• Deep understanding of

  authentication and authorization

  using

  Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)

  and

  RBAC

• Experience in designing and managing

  workflow automation

  using

  Power Automate

  or custom workflows
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  
• Ability to drive technical decisions and ensure quality delivery
  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across

  front-end and back-end development

• Own and define

  system architecture

  covering infrastructure, security, APIs, workflows, and database design
• Guide teams on

  React best practices

  and

  .NET backend architecture

• Review and validate

  database designs, API structures, RBAC configurations, workflow logic

  , and

  SharePoint integrations

• Lead development of complex features such as

  workflow visibility, audit trails, and system integrations

• Oversee

  Power Automate and Azure Function workflows

  for Estates, Contract, and Legal document approval processes
• Ensure adherence to

  coding standards, architectural guidelines, and DevOps practices

• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  
• Mentor team members and provide technical oversight during sprint execution
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and lead

  root cause analysis
