Position Summary

Lead Developer .NET

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Windows-based applications using .NET technologies.
Architect scalable and maintainable solutions using WPF, C#, and SQL Server.
Drive best coding practices and ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and mentorship.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Stay current with industry trends and propose modern solutions to improve productivity and product quality.
Lead and mentor a team of developers by guiding technical decisions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
7 to 12 years in .NET development.
Strong expertise in
WPF
and
C#
.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with
SQL Server
and database programming.
Proficient in designing and developing applications on the
Windows platform
.
Experience with design patterns, MVVM architecture, and multi-threaded applications.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to guide junior developers.
