Lead Data Scientist

Role Overview: As a Technical Lead in Data Science & Generative AI (Python/LLMs) at Incedo, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready AI/ML applications. Key Responsibilities: - Build, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models using TensorFlow (or PyTorch) and Scikit-learn. - Develop GenAI/LLM applications such as conversational agents, summarization, RAG pipelines, and document intelligence. - Perform data preprocessing, wrangling, and feature engineering using Pandas and NumPy. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to design scalable data and model pipelines for training and inference. - Lead model evaluation, optimization, monitoring, and governance to ensure robustness, fairness, and scalability. - Provide technical mentorship to the data science team and advocate for coding excellence and reproducibility. - Present analytical findings and AI strategies to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Qualifications Required: - Expert in Python programming with advanced OOP, data structures, API design, and testing skills. - Proficiency in TensorFlow and Scikit-learn for ML/DL model development. - Strong experience in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy. - Practical exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex. - Solid foundation in statistical and ML methods including regression, time-series analysis, hypothesis testing, and anomaly detection.
