Serving banks, NBFCs, and digital lenders, we help financial institutions make faster, more accurate lending decisions. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the continued growth and innovation of the CART platform. Role Overview As a Senior Business Analyst in the Credit Underwriting domain, you will act as a critical link between business stakeholders and the technical development team. Your role will involve gathering and analyzing requirements, conducting credit data assessments, and shaping CART’s functionality to align with client needs. A deep understanding of Bank Statements, ITRs, GST, CIBIL (Consumer & Commercial), and CAMs from a credit underwriting perspective is essential. Key Responsibilities Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements for the credit underwriting lifecycle. Credit Data Analysis: Analyze financial documents and datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving CART’s performance. Documentation: Prepare BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications. Maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the communication bridge between product owners, credit teams, and developers to ensure alignment. Testing & QA Support: Define acceptance criteria and assist QA teams in validating that delivered features meet business expectations. Process Optimization: Recommend and drive process improvements within CART to enhance automation, accuracy, and operational efficiency. Client Demos & Training: Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions for client teams. Risk Assessment Support: Contribute to the evaluation and mitigation of risks associated with credit policy changes and product upgrades. Market Research: Stay informed about fintech trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to credit and risk assessment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field Advanced degrees such as CA/CMA/MBA in Finance are a plus 5+ years of experience in credit underwriting or financial services, preferably as a Business Analyst Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with BRD writing, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision Exposure to credit risk modeling and compliance frameworks is an advantage Highly organized and detail-oriented Why Join Us? Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Associate (MBA Fresher) with a strong Marketing foundation and a flair for communication to support outreach and lead generation for our Financial Packaged platform in India, Southeast Asia, and Africa Regions . The ideal candidate will be confident in Outbound calls, understand customer challenges in credit assessment, and assist in product demos and follow-ups. Key Responsibilities Initiate Outbound calls and outreach via LinkedIn to potential Financial Target customers Present the Platform's product features and benefits to end customers as part of Presales Identify customer pain points related to Financial Analysis and risk evaluation for Loan Automation Schedule and assist in demos and coordinate with internal product experts Maintain CRM records, track conversations, and support follow-ups, Support sales proposals, case studies, and documentation for client onboarding Qualifications MBA in Marketing (2024/2025 batch pass-out) Basic knowledge of Loan Lifecycle , credit risk , and financial documents Excellent verbal and written communication skills Interest in inside sales , cold calling, and B2B relationship building Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus Comfortable working from our Noida office and engaging with external stakeholders Open to Travel What We Offer Hands-on experience in fintech B2B SaaS sales Exposure to client-facing discussions and product demos Mentorship from experienced business and product leads Opportunity to grow into core sales or account management roles
