We are looking for a skilled Lead Data Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team, responsible for driving data-driven insights and decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and analytics.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support business intelligence and analytics.
Develop and maintain complex data models, databases, and data warehouses to ensure data quality and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.
Lead the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations, maintaining high standards of data governance.
Mentor junior engineers in data engineering best practices and contribute to the development of technical documentation.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with experience in big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure, including data services like S3, Lambda, or Data Bricks.
Knowledge of data modeling techniques, database design principles, and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and extract valuable insights.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
