Lead Data Engineer

As an Experienced Manager - Data Engineering at BDO RISE, you will be responsible for managing and developing tax data pipelines, supporting BDO's Tax Data Warehouse and Data Lake, and delivering business intelligence solutions. Your role will involve leading data engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with analytics teams to design and deploy innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of data engineering solutions and major features - Design, develop, and maintain data products, pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes - Support Power BI and enterprise applications for tax practice - Mentor junior engineers and ensure code quality - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in STEM, Finance, or Accounting (preferred) - 10+ years experience in SQL, Python, data warehousing, and data modeling - Experience with Power BI, Azure Data Services, and cloud analytics (preferred) - Consulting background and experience with tax/accounting data (preferred) - Microsoft Azure Data Engineer certification (preferred) - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Apply now to join BDO RISE and make an impact!,
